WHAT WE ARE
Exportsbali.com is a Western-managed merchandise-sourcing organization serving North America, Europe and the Asian Pacific Rim. Our breadth, reach, and leverage in Indonesia coupled with 10 years experience avails our clients of the best possible product at the best possible price. Our philosophy is ethical commerce and maintaining complete supply chain transparency while exposing the treasures and products produced by local artisans throughout Indonesia and connecting them to consumers.

WHERE WE ARE
Based in Bali, our trained field staff is on the ground frequently visiting suppliers and manufacturers. This hands-on management and permanent field presence supports our quality assurance commitment to our clients. There is no substitute for a strong physical presence in the factories. This constant factory presence ensures real time production tracking and is vital to paying close attention to the many facets and details where our clients’ interests lay. This is “field presence” and is the Exportsbali.com difference.

SERVICES
We are a pure service company. We do not take financial positions in suppliers or in the goods we source on behalf of our clients. We offer a completely transparent supply chain with no hidden costs. We do not operate as a manufacturer or trading company brokering or selling merchandise to our clients. Rather, we focus strictly on representing our client’s global procurement requirements.

These services include spotting future trends and trend forecasting, identifying markets and vendors for required product; providing product development assistance; sampling; order placement; on-site production tracking, quality control and general supply chain oversight, shipping and cargo. Additionally, we organize tailor-made shopping trips to Bali, personally introducing our clients to manufacturers and factories of interest while continually meeting the demands and specifications of our customer’s needs. These trips often result in exceeding our client’s perspectives and impressions, resulting in an increase in business, orders and productivity.

PRODUCTS SOURCED
We deal in all apparel, accessory, gift, and hard goods classifications including pre-fabricated homes and structures, casual home furnishings, furniture, lighting, home textiles, decorative accessories, and fine art. Our cornerstone belief is to help represent artisans to consumers giving them exposure in a market otherwise unattainable. This increase in exposure has a direct material impact on the livelihood of hundreds of participating artisans throughout Bali and also helps to support a positive image of Indonesia.

COMPENSATION AND TERMS
As compensation for our services, we charge our clients a commission based one the FOB value of the merchandise shipped, with mutually agreed commission minimums. There are no other charges.
